Pupils can sign in to ClassLink with their personal Username and Password. Once signed in, all school apps can be accessed without entering any further credentials. Click on the ClassLink image below to go to the Oakway Academy ClassLink portal.

Homework Expectations

Early Years

Oakway Academy recommend daily reading and practise of the sound cards. This should be supplemented with repeated practise of basic maths skills using the resources sent home by the teacher.

Year 1 & 2

Oakway Academy recommends daily reading and practise of the sound cards. This should be supplemented with up to a total of 30 minutes practise on Learning By Questions, TTRS/ Numbots and Spelling Shed.

Year 3 & 4

Oakway Academy recommends daily reading and quizzing using your accelerated reading book.  This should be supplemented with up to a total of 40 minutes practise on Learning By Questions, TTRS and spelling shed.

Year 5 & 6

Oakway Academy recommends daily reading and quizzing using your accelerated reading book.  This should be supplemented with up to a total of 60 minutes practise on Learning By Questions, TTRS and spelling shed.

There may be some circumstances when your child is absence from school but well enough to work. During these times your child will be set work using the above online platforms. Any planned learning will be communicated to you by your child’s teacher.
